Rose Essential oil for aromatherapy

1% rose essential oil (Rosa Demascena) in carrier oil blend

Use the oil as a room fragrance, for massage, for the sauna or a bath.
For room fragrance or for the sauna, pour water into a small bowl and add 2-4 drops of essential oil.
Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 2 tablespoons (10 ml) of body oil. Mix lightly and apply to the skin.
For a bath dissolve 8-10 drops of essential oil in honey or bath milk mixed with a small amount of water. Add this mixture to the bath water.

Attention! Do not use undiluted essential oils on the skin or mucous. For external use only! If essential oils are used during pregnancy, use half of the recommended amount. Keep the essential oils away from children!
For your safety: we recommend an allergy test before using the oil. Mix 3 drops of essential oil with a tablespoon of base oil, apply inside your forearm and then apply a patch. If no allergic reactions develop on your skin after 12 hours, you can safely use the oil.
